If you are seeking admission in a college for B.Sc in hotel management, then I would like to suggest SRM, as the first preference. It is the best option in every context, whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. LPU is also a good college, but if we compare it with SRM, then SRM is better. Now, it is up to you. Good Luck.

Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. I don't believe in comparisons as every organisation is putting its best. Can't comment on the academics and other related prospects of SRM but on the basis of the feedback received from Alumnus of LPU, I can say that LPU is a good option for hotel management course. I personally believe that the quality of education and placements of the university are the key parameters for any organisation. To provide best, LPU provide the working environment at its place as LPU has its own HOTEL within the campus which gives prolonged practical exposure. The teaching pedagogy is highly practical. The course is meant for students looking for demandi...more
