LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks in either of the last two qualifications, LPU NEST Defence, COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship, and many more. Hi, LPU There are many universities which would offer scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many. The scholarship slabs offer a hassle education. The recent covid scholarship is another initiative of LPU to aid education in such grim covid times. If you are good at sports, then LPU is the best choice for that because it has a scholarship scheme for the sports player. Besides that LPU gives you an opportunity to pursue sports as a career and if you get selected in AIU then you don't even have to attend classes or give the examination. You will be prorated on the basis of internal assessment. HI Sukhwinder, All the above mentioned names are well reputed and makes any sense while comparing. Instead of PU, all are private university. It is well known to everyone that nowadays private institutions are putting more efforts than public state universities. If you want to go with my opinion then do comparison in depth but LPU is bit ahead among all when you talk about privileges, facilities and opportunities to the sports persons. Not only on the basis of academics but also on other parameters like Sports, Research and Culture, the person with a disability, board toppers, orphan candidates, based on bravery award & social services, and defense personnel and more, on which you are getting the highest scholarship that will be reduced from your every semester's fees. Looking at the current scenario of Covid-19, LPU has also launched COVID-19 frontline scholarship schemes worth Rs 20 Crores, to honor the selfless contribution of the COVID-19 frontline warriors (I. e. In a bid to give a token of encouragement to the meritorious, LPU offers a range of scholarships. You do not have to apply for a scholarship every time you pay the fee. What you get at the time of admission, continues till the course is over. For sports if you are a player at the national or state level you can get upto 100 percent scholarship on the programme fee as well as the hostel and mess fee. The players who have not played at national level can appear for PET and the sports faculty will decide whether the candidate is eligible or not. However, for continuation of the scholarship the student has to keep performing and be good academically as well.
