Which university should I prefer chandigarah university or punjab university(department of evening studies)??

I scored 72.4%in +2..i want to do b.com here in india and mba in u.s.a..Chandigarah university has international ties up in abroad and is providing me more facilities..whereas p.u has higher value in india but does not provide me facilities and dont have much international tie up in abroad!pls help
