Which USA universities accept 15 years of education? Can 2 years of work experience cover the 12+4 clause?

I have scored 64% in computer science (BCS) and 7 bands in IELTS. I have 2 years of work experience and I have been a national level swimmer for 16 years. I want to pursue MS in engineering management from USA.

Dear Raghurai, In order to get in US you need to have a 4 yrs or equivalent degree but in few cases, if a student has quality work experience in related fields you may get an exemption for 16th yr of education which varies case to case & university to university. Your swimming can also contribute along with academics & IELTS score but GRE score of 315+ is expected from your profile.
You may look at http://search.geebeeworld.com/savedsearch/MBA-in-USA-with-15-years-of-Education & similar sites for 15 yrs education.

Hi. There are universities in US which accept 15years of education or alternatively you can apply for some pathway/bridge programs. Experience of one year dont compensate the 16th year requirement.
