Which way have better scope part time MBA or distance MBA(correspondance)?

I want admission in MBA (HR) but I am working now as a computer operator..... so I can do only PART time or correspondance? my other question is Which type of experience required for Executive MBA ? please give a short answer on it.

The best ofcourse would be full time regualr MBA but then Part time MBA is better than distance courses unless you have sufficient relevant work experience.
