Which will be a better option after B.Tech among MBA and M.Tech?

If you are really interested in what you learned in engineering and you wish to learn more of it then M.Tech is good for you. If you don't want to study it any further and want to be in a different field and work on different profiles, then go for MBA.

M.Tech will be better option because it will keep your career goal focussed in one direction only and you will be getting a job and growth in same engineering field and also it will add to your B.tech degree qualification. As per my opinion, if you want to do job then you can't change your field so you should go for M.Tech.

It depends on you, whether you want to pursue your career in more of a technical work or get into management. If you want to do any technical job or if you want to become a faculty, then M.Tech is a better option. If you want higher salary package or non-technical sound career, then MBA from a good b-school will be best for you.
