Which will be a better option among MBA jobs and bank jobs?

If you are comparing MBA jobs with PO in public sector banks, then both are equally well paying and lead to senior management roles in long run. MBA jobs are definitely superior to clerical roles in banks.

You are advised to look at third party survey on ranking. These are arrived by multiple criterion.
