Dear Anwesha, Mass communication will offer careers in Journalism, Public Relations & perhaps Media Marketing. On the other hand, a General Manager of a good Hotel will make use of all these three Mass comm options for the success of their hotel. I have many friends who have completed mass communication and hotel management programme from LPU and are well-settled. Let me share a few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through the most modern gazettes.
