Which will be the best country and college to pursue MS?
I'm doing B.tech in IT.

For pursuing Master's abroad, especially in IT field, I would say USA would be the best choice. But still it depends on the duration you wish to stay after completing Master's. In US its very difficult to get H1B VISA. whereas in Canada you'll get 3 years of work permit after completing Masters. If
