I recommend you to go for B.Tech CS as it's scope is growing up so fast that you will have good opportunities in future to become successful.

According to me, B.Tech in CSE is one of the best fields. You will get opportunity to work in MNCs abroad and you will get a good campus placement, but keep in mind, the college matters, therefore choose wisely. If you cannot get IIT or NIT then try for BITS (Pilani) campus only.
