I would suggest you to go for general MBA which is offered by all premier B-schools and not concentrate on any specialization initially. You get to choose your specialization in final year based on your interest.

As you are a student of Communicative English, so, the best option would be to go for MBA in Corporate Communication, HR or Social Work. This would help you in getting good career options and growth. Also, career options in both fields are good and has good scope.
