Which will be the best option after completing B.E. Civil Engineering. Should I go with M.B.A. or M.E. ?

I want to study more after this stage of completion of B.E. Civil. my confusion is between MBA and M.E. With which branch should I move ahead which makes my career brighter and stabilize me and my family economically. I also want to know,in which specialization course in MBA/M.E. should I look ahead
