Could you please specify as to which country you are interested to study in, if your are looking at settling down and working there then Australia and Canada are 2 good options, even NZ is good, as to the colleges that would depend on your scores in your BE and your IELTS scores. -
There are various fact to be kept in mind such as placement needs, country of choice, existing score, GMAT score, work experience . Future goals and so on. Best changes as per these
