Which will be the better choice to study M.des in Transportation and Automobile design- NID Gandhinagar or IDC, IIT Mumbai?

NID is since 1960s and it's design department in Automobile designing is much older than IDC, IIT Mumbai, IDC introduced this design only last year. The course fee however in IDC is nearly Rs 30000 p.a. with financial assistance whereas NID's fee is Rs 250000. Please help according to job prospect.
