You can pursue Tally, typing, M.Sc. IT, data entry courses after 12th.

After 12th a commerce student can do B. Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, CS, CFA etc. which have a good scope today. You have many job opportunities by doing these courses. Select a course as your interest and talent. Best of Luck.

There are many courses which you can do after PUC (commerce) like BCA and CA. The most in-demand course is CA and it is also the toughest one, but the decision depends on your interest and what you want to do.

A general choice after +2 commerce is a B.Com which will be followed by an MBA or M.Com, BBA, BCA etc. are not bad choices. CA, CWA, CS etc. can be pursued along with your graduation or after that.
