Hi, I'm an Engg. graduate(E&C) and wrking 4Telecom MNC 4 th pst 2yrs.but I'm in more of Mgnt domain than technical.Shud I apply 4 MBA or MS

As you have mentioned you are in more management domain that shows you are inclined towards MBA. In to day's job market criteria MBA will not fetch you a career to start with. Masters in your own technical field will make you more employable as you will be specializing on core subjects and more expo

If you want to continue in the same field then opt for MBA and if you are interested in academics/teaching then you can go for M.Tech.

Opting for M.B.A would be a better idea as a degree in engineering with a two year work experience makes your c.v just a little less qualified for H.R jobs in smaller institutions. So, even a smaller company requires a person with experience and and management skills which is perfectly given in M.B.
