Hi,
As per your query, it seems that you have completed your 12th from science stream, so as per your query, you may consider pursuing B.tech or BE and once completed you should work for 2-3 years gain relevant work experience and then opt for MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.

Management comes only after engineering my friend to do an MBA u need a graduation course.in the current markets a combination of engg nd mba is widely demanded!
