Which would be a better option among going for studies abroad and applying for PG in India?

I've got 72 percentile in CMAT and 67 in CET. I'm thinking for studies abroad and then job there. But, I'm also thinking to try for PGDM in Welingkers, SIES, IES. I'm currently working in a company.

It would be better if you get admission abroad as it will help you in career growth and good exposure. After gaining some experience abroad, you can come back to India if you want and on the basis of experience you will a good position and career hike. Otherwise, you can try for PGDM in India from g
