You should choose CS in NIE, because Placements in NIE CS and IS are almost 100% and the course outcome for your higher studies is also very good in NIE.

You can compare with other mentioned colleges and come to conclusion.
NIE is also very good and from 2019 batch. The standard of NIE as a university is not compared with other universities

CS in BMSIT is a better option. You can learn more in Bangalore, so prefer Bangalore. NIE is not a good option.
