I'll suggest you to go for general PGDBM. This is keeping an eye on future as well. Specifically, if you go for retail, you will be cornered in a specific field. For general Management, it can be applicable everywhere and you can also learn about Retail Management in the same. -
I think, MBA in retail management is best for you.
