Which would be the best college for B.Tech in CSE? I scored 82% in board exams and 98 marks in JEE Mains 2018.

Well, you got good marks but you need to mention from which state you are and if you would like to go to other states for your degree.

With your Mains marks, you have no chances of getting any government. College throughout the INDIA for CSE (for general). Least are the chances at home state + local autonomous institutes. Check if there are any in your state or go for good private universities.
