which would be the best specialisation after having my b.tech. in mechanical engineering? and also scopes for the same in Germany??

it should be long lasting and of high paying potential.what about hydrology?currently i am studying at NIT Rourkela.i would also be looking for having my graduation in FINANCE after i specialise taking m.tech.
