Which would be the best stream for 11th & 12th if I want to do Hotel Management after 12th ? And which subjects should I take for the same ?

You may enter hotel management as a career from any stream so choose subjects which you like the most and enjoy scoring good. Sciences help you in understanding the food compositions better whereas commerce will train you in running your own business. Arts is about understanding the social and psychological profiles of people so each will contribute in its own way.
