Which would be the best university for MBA in aspects of placements and high standard of education as well as low fee?

I'm doing my BBA in new college and have been scoring 85 to 90% marks. I want to pursue MBA from a good university in scholarship. I would like to know the exams or any other process through which I can get the scholarship to do my MBA and the process to enter into universities through counseling.
