While filling the DU registration form, my friend didn't enter P.E. under Subjects. Can she still include it in her best 4 subjects?

The college she wants to take admission in allows the inclusion of a vocational subject in BFS. In 12th, she had Physical Education. However, while filling the common pre-admission form, she did not enter the same under Subjects and instead entered Economics. Can she still include P.E. in her BFS?
