ya sure do your Preparation while doing JOB as in every Good management colleges Experienced candidates are Preferred.

Dear Chintan,from ur query it seems that u r takin a year gap after ur BCom.. and planning ur cet.. In todays world where MBA has bcum a crazz.. many students opt for it. but when recruitments are concerned MBA degree Holders get job more easily (with a good pay package) if they have WORK XPERIENCE.
