    Hi Biju,
    In Journalism & mass Communication courses - emphasis is more on writing skills / story making / Presentation / facing camera etc .
    In media & Entertainment - Its more about becoming an anchor / personality development and other aspects of movie making but in lesser depth.
    But if you are interested in cinematography - the course is entirely different.
    You should go for Film & Television Technology - it covers all aspects of film making & cinematography as well. This will increase your chances of job prospects.
