Yes you need to pay for all the institutes separately as well apart from paying for SNAP

No. All the institutes have their individual application deadlines. Please refer the site www.snaptest.org and then you can decide as per the deadlines.

Right now you just need to pay test fees. Fees for institutes have seperate deadlines which you need to check on their websites.

Test fee Rs. 1500 is mandatory. Other than that, you need to pay Rs. 1000 for each institute which you wish to apply for. You also need to pay Rs. 1000 for each MBA programme which you wish to enroll for.
