    Eligibility criteria for B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme at NLSIU are as follows :

    1. The candidate must have completed class 12 with at least 45% overall.
    2. SC and ST candidates must have completed class 12 with an aggregate of at least 40%.
    3. The candidate must clear the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).
    4. Applicants must pass a higher secondary or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45 per cent (40 per cent for ST/SC candidates) in their first attempt.
    5. Applicants must be under the age of 20.

    To be eligible for a BA LLB at National Law School of India University (NLSIU), candidates must: 

    Have completed 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent

    Have a valid score in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

    Have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate.
