Jesus and Mary College offers a BSc in Mathematics. To be eligible for admission to the course, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board, with mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates who are currently awaiting their Class 12 result can also apply for the admission. Their admission will only be confirmed if they submit the proof of their passing Class 12. Candidates seeking admission under the Christian Minority must present relevant documents and certificates.

Jesus & Mary College offers UG courses in Arts, Science and Commerce disciplines. The courses are B.A, B.A (Hons.), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.) and B.Sc (Hons.). According to the eligibility criteria for UG courses, students need to pass 10+2 level with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. Selection is based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by NTA.
