Who all are eligible to take the SAT test?
There is no prescribed eligibility criteria as such for SAT examination. However, School candidates from class 10th ,11th and 12th usually take this examination between the age of 17 to 19. If a student is below the age of 13, they cannot apply for the examination online but through phone and email.
There is no age limit set by the College Board. But the rules are different for:
- If a candidate is 13 or old then he/she can create a free account on College Board and register online
- Candidates who are 12 years or younger can register only through mail or phone. Such candidates need not pay the phone
