Who all are eligible to take the SAT test?

Once exam setup is complete, Bluebook displays your SAT admission ticket. You can:

• Take screenshot or photo of it
• Print it out
• Email it to yourself for easy access

The digital SAT admission ticket is generated inside the Bluebook app, not on the College Board website. Sign in to Bluebook using your College Board account email and password. Then complete the exam setup process. The SAT admission ticket is created automatically at the end of this setup.

You can download your admission ticket 1–5 days before your test date. There's no separate "download" step at registration — the ticket is generated only when you complete exam setup in Bluebook closer to test day.

Yes, a number of US universities have gone test-optional, and several accept applicants with a GPA as low as 2.5–3.0 on a 4.0 scale. A lower GPA can affect scholarship eligibility, so check each university's page for merit-aid cutoffs before applying.

Take a full-length practice test first. The gap between that score and your target score determines your prep duration as a rule of thumb. A 100-point improvement typically needs 2-3 months of consistent study.
