The top recruiters at KL University in 2023 included leading companies such as Amazon, Siemens, Lumen Technologies, Genpact, Google, HCL, Capgemini, Cisco Systems, Wipro, etc. Every year, KLU organises a placement drive as an opportunity for its students to get hired by these top companies. Apart from placements, KLU also provides International Programs for Students such as Internship Abroad, Semester Abroad, Short Industrial Visits to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.

KL University published the 2022 final placement data. The highest package available, according to the report, was worth INR 23 LPA. The companies have also issued a total of 4200 job offers. During the campus placement drive, 254 recruiters in total placed more than 2100 students. The following well-known recruiters took part in placements in 2022: Deloitte, Accenture, Wipro, etc.
