Who are the top recruiters of OSOU?

<p>There are many companies both big and small recruiting from OSOU. Some of the companies that visit Odisha State Open University (OSOU) for placements include:</p><ul><li>Adani Defence &amp; Aerospace</li><li>Airbus</li><li>Indian Airlines</li><li>Vistara</li><li>Indigo</li></ul><p>Additionally, students have mentioned that many start-up companies visit the campus, and the placement process has been affected by the pandemic. During the pandemic period the institute's grip on the placement facilities did drop for sure but it had climbed back to its previous position, infact trying to grasp even more. The university provides a placement cell and training of students in soft skills to enhance employability. However, placements and job opportunities are not considered good in some cases due to the nature of distance education.</p>
