Dear mahesh. for the post of sales manager. which is appear to be senior position. requires hands on industry experience. in then same area preferable. further some of the organisations seeks good business school background. hope you understood. -
Anyone with graduate degree and good in communication and negotiation skills can be fit for the role. Infact for sales anyone can apply, just go ahead. But for High paying sales jobs you may need Mba from reputed bschool.
