Candidates seeking admission to the BTech programmes of HITS must have the required educational qualifications. The aspirants who are Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects can apply. Additionally, the minimum aggregate for reserved categories is 45% aggregate. Moreover, to get in the BTech (Lateral Entry) courses, aspirants must have a Diploma with at least 50% aggregate in Engineering/Technology.
