Hi Garvit, A saucier chef is a culinary team member responsible to prepare sauces, gravy, soups and sometimes pasta dishes for restaurants, hotels or other hospitality businesses.He does a lot more than just create sauces. He is also responsible for preparing hot hors d'ouevres and stews, and handling sautéing tasks. A saucier is allowed to be creative in his job, but is required to work under tight deadlines.
