Biotechnology is basically GENE RECOMBINANT TECHNOLOGY. THERE ARE BROADLY TWO DIVERSIFICAIONS. PLANT BIOTECH AND ANIMAL BIOTECH. IT DEALS WITH MAKING DESIRED NATURAL PRODUCT BY MODIFIYING GENE. Like Genetically modified crop : rain resistant rice Genetically modified fruits : seedless tomato, grape
