Who is eligible for BVCOE BTech?

At the UG level, the College offers a full-time BTech programme in 11 different specialisations. The entire duration of BTech is divided into eight semesters, each year consisting of two semesters. Admission to BTech is entrance-based, and candidates are selected based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam. Name of all the specialisations along with the eligibility criteria and seat intake are given in the table below:

Qualifying exam: BVP CET
Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocation subject with an aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates)
or
Diploma in Engineering & Technology with an aggregate of 50% (45% for OBC/ PwD category candidates belonging to Maharashtra)
