Candidates who have completed HSc or Class 12 from Maharashtra State Board or any other equivalent board are eligible to apply for St Pauls Institute of Communication Education certificate courses. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

A total of nine certificate courses are offered at St Pauls Institute of Communication Education. The certificate courses are accredited by the Maharashtra State Board of Skill, Vocational Education and Training for three courses. The three courses are Graphic Multimedia Animation, Digital Marketing & Entrepreneurship, and Computer Operation with MS Office. Apart from this seven courses are affiliated to the University of Mumbai, i.e., Business English Skills, Documentary Film Making, Legal Journalism, Radio Jockeying, Sound & Film Editing, PG Engineering.
