Candidates willing to take admission in BTech offered at Faculty of Technology, University of Delhi must meet the below mentioned eligibility criteria:

Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Maths and Chemistry for the general category. For other categories, the minimum percentage is mentioned below:

EWS- 60%
SC/ST- 50%
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities- 50%
OBC-NCL- 55%
