The applicants must have one of the following:
- Successful completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or its equivalent, such as international Year 12 qualification OR
- Completion or partial completion of an approved tertiary qualification
- Mandatory requirement: IELTS with an overall score of 7 / PTE with minimum score of 65 / TOEFL iBT with a minimum total of 94
