    Candidates seeking GMCH Chandigarh MD admission under the State Quota must register for the NEET Chandigarh counselling. In addition to meeting the basic eligibility criteria prescribed by the National Medical Commission, they must fulfil the eligibility requirements as mentioned below:

    • Candidates must have studied for a period of 5 years in Union Territory of Chandigarh at any time prior to
      the last date of the submission of the application
    • Candidates whose parents are residing/have resided in Union Territory of Chandigarh for a period of at least 5 years at any time prior to the last date of the submission of the application, either in pursuit of a profession or holding of a job in the UT
    • Children of people who have held/hold immovable property in the UT for a period of five years at any time prior to the last date of the
      submission of the application. Such property should be in the name of the parents or the candidate

To get into GMCH and PGIMER for B.Sc. Nursing, candidates need to pass the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and English, from a recognised board.
