    The syllabus for CSIR NET is prescribed by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research itself. CSIR is one of the primary scientific research organisations in India. CSIR is the conducting body of CSIR NET. The exam is conducted for five papers - Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Engineering Sciences. Each subject has its distinctive syllabus. Candidates aspiring to appear for CSIR NET must read the information bulletin for accurate information.
