NCERT is responsible for conducting the RIE CEE exam. Once the test commences with the notification releases, the conducting body prescribes the eligibility criteria with all major information in the prospectus.

The RIE CEE admission requirements are issued by NCERT with the commencement of the test. You can only apply if you meet these requirements.
