Who releases TS ICET application form?

<p>The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) holds the responsibility to assign a conducting body for the TS ICET exam. Kakatiya University conducts the TS ICET exam on behalf of TSCHE. All exam related events, including the registration, admit card release, answer key publication, and result declaration is done by Kakatiya University, on behalf of the exam convener, TSCHE.</p><p>TSCHE is a statutory body of Government of Telangana, responsible to prepare consolidated programmes in the field of Higher Education for maintenance quality, accessibility and employability. TSCHE came into existence on account of the National Educational Policy, which recommends a state level planning and coordination of Higher Education to be done via councils of Higher Education and UGC.</p>
