The objections received against the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) answer keys are reviewed by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The NTA is the governing body responsible for conducting the NEET examination and releasing the answer keys. Once the objections are received from the candidates, the NTA reviews them and makes necessary changes in the answer key if required. The final answer key is then released after considering all the objections received. The NEET results are then calculated based on the final answer key.
  • NTA sets up a special committee consisting of academic experts that review the objections and take decisions about the challenged NEET official answer keys. After the NEET provisional answer keys are released, candidates are given the opportunity to file for objections. The objections have to be raised within the stipulated date and the expert committee with assess the validity of the objections and then take a call on it. Candidates are also given the option to send files as proof to substantiate their objections.
