According to the latest data available in the college website it was found that now total recruiting comapnies was increases from 105 to 131 and comapnies like Tata, Bata, Companies like Morgan Stanley, Ernst and Young, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, May Cap Advisors, ICICI Bank, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, Federal Bank, HDFC AMC, Grant Thorton, etc., are some of the SSBF top recruiters who came to hier studnest major offers role oh Data Analyst, Resercher, HR any more.

Over 105 recruiters were engaged by the Pune-based Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance (SSBF) in 2023. Among them were 58 seasoned recruiters and 49 new recruits.
Among the top employers were Accenture, Bain & Co., Capgemini, Amazon, Axis Bank, Bajaj Auto, and Cipla.
The other recruiters were AON, Bajaj Finserv, Bosch, Colgate Palmolive, L'Oréal, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Samsung, and The Coca-Cola Company.
In 2023, the maximum compensation package awarded was INR 19.59 LPA, while the average salary package was INR 10.56 LPA.
