Whom does the HR officials in a hotel prefer more: an HM graduate or a non-HM graduate?
What is the package offered to an HM graduate and to a non-HM graduate? Whom do they prefer more an HM graduate or a guy with decent experience in a different field? What are the chances of getting selected for a non-HM graduate guy?

You can still get selected HR trade is saw for every industry, you need to just have quality experience to get through as an HR. I believe it's definitely not an issue having experience in other industry and coming ahead to work in Hotel Industry as an HR will really be a problem. You still can try

I understand, people in hotels choose people choose students who have experience in HR trade. It does't matter if your a hotel management graduate or a non hotel management you need to have a HR degree to work in the HR team in a hotel.
