Whose hostel facilities are better LPU, Amity or SRM?

Hostels at LPU are worth appreciating and are even budgeted as compared to Amity or SRM. I have lived in hostel and I hope this will help you get a clear picture of the kind of life a hosteller leads at the Lovely Professional University. The first thing that almost parents are concerned about is the safety. And LPU is one campus that takes security of all their students very seriously. There are automated biometric machines that keep a record of each entry and exit in the hostel. Next comes food, the mess here is super hygienic and provides us with quality food four times a day. We also have an in-house hospital in the campus that is staffed with resident medical officers. There is also medical lab, dieticians, and physiotherapists who take proper care of our health. Overall, my experience at the LPU hostel has been delightful thus far. I look forward to explore more and ensure that I avail all the benefits provided to us.

LPU offers residential facilities to the students, staff and faculty who are from far flung areas where commuting is not possible. Particularly she highlighted the following: 1. Automated turnstile gates with biometric machines regulate entry & exit of the residential facility. 2. Clean & Green Environment 3. Separate residential Facility for the students with different seater. 4. Rooms are with B.Ed study table, chair, almirahs, desert cooler and geyser. 5 AC rooms are also available in the above category. 6. Differential and hygienic food facility and Mess and canteen facility in every hostel is there. 7. Laundry facility 8. Gym facility to remain fit 9. Over and above the medical facility being provided inside the beautiful campus. 10. 24*7 electricity supply and Wi-Fi.

Hello Sukwinder, I stayed in Lovely Professional University Hostel during my Post graduation years and honestly those were the best days of my life. I made some amazing friends and had some amazing experiences. I was staying with two more roommates. The rooms will be of two types-Air conditioned and Air cooler.3 Seater hostels rooms has 3 iron B.Ed,3 Plastic Chair,3 almirah, geyser with attached washroom. Our rooms were spacious, gave us privacy and also gave us space to hangout with friends and chit chat, do projects, spend movie nights and game on! Apart from this they are providing other facilities also- Free internet connectivity through Wi-Fi system for scheduled timing for academic purposes only. In Campus Physiotherapy Clinic and Hospital with resident doctors and ambulances to provide medical assistance to students. Power backup for light load only (not for AC/Geyser/Air cooler). 24 hours security. Laundry Services (optional on payment basis) hygienic and nutritious vegetarian meals (optional) Hostel counsellors ( solve the problems of students in context of family issues, studies, home sickness etc. ) Laundry facility Gym facility to remain fit Honestly I won't lie about the mess at campus, because I myself took food for the first 6 months at the hostel mess until I explored other good places but there are so many people who actually like mess. The quality of food that we get in the mess is very good. One of the things that LPU does the best is that is regularly checks the food quality and any complain about the food is dealt with immediately. Everyday Food menu gets changed. I had some friends from Kerala, Andra Pradesh, Telangana so they were provided south indian food and I am found of Idli, vada, dosa so sometimes we used to shared the foods also. Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility. You can't carry alcohol and smoking products inside the campus and hostels. Because security guards are the king and if you're found involved in such activities, you will get into trouble. Your attendance will be blocked for a month and if you'll not be able to make it 75%, you can't write exams. You scholarship will be cancelled and you have to pay a huge amount of money every semester as tuition fee. Thank You!

Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility. 14. University-Mall, an eight- storied complex, houses departmental stores, various shops, banks, food-courts. These help students to meet their daily needs on the campus itself. 15. There are 100+ eating joints across the university at different locations near hostel areas.

LPUs hostels have a good accommodation where you'll get a room with an attached bathroom. They have the large collection of rooms for two-seater, three seater. They have a wide range of AC and Non AC rooms. Rooms are good to stay. Where they have some strict rules like the students are allowed to roam outside the hostels till 7:30 pm in summer and 6:30 pm in winter. The hostel has the delivery system for almost everything. Unlimited Wi-Fi, GYM, Sports, Library, Hospitals are other benefits that you will get for free.

HiI would vouch at any time for LPU security system and hostel facilities which are commendable. LPU caters to the all round development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost the career to a pinnacle of ultimate success which might be the envy of many. LPU is one of the greenest campuses in the country. The greenery makes for a great learning environment and promotes creativity! LPU offers 24X7 a huge Library System with 11 branches. There are more than 43 Lacs books and e-books on all subject fields. Library system subscribes number of journals, magazines and newspapers. LPU residential faculty & staff provide after-hours guidance and support to the students, in case they need any academic or life advice. Students have opportunity to become independent! Students residing in the campus can earn while studying by taking up part time jobs in labs, library, sales, shopping mall etc. LPU campus is manned by over 400 full time security officials, thousands of security cameras, Access of Indoor Sports Stadium All the regular amenities of B.Ed food, almirah, table, chair, etc. Are also provided in LPU The overall LPU atmosphere of the hostel is calm and peaceful. There are various kinds of facilities available in hostels such as Room service, Saloon, General stores, Canteen etc. For any kind of inconvenience regarding residential facility one can log their request in RMS which will be resolved within few All the Best !

Hi, The hostels of LPU are best and the prices are affordable. The hostels are equipped with every facility that is required. I would like to highlight some of the features. 1. Turnstile gates are there at the entry of every hostel, and CCTvs are also installed in every hostel for the security reasons. Moreover, security guards are there in every hostel, and in campus, you will find security guards at every 100 m. 2. Proper cleaning is there for hostel rooms and rooms have attached washrooms. 3.24*7 electricity, water supply, and Wi-fi facility. 4. If there is any issue related to room, you can put online requests or complaints about the same (RMS) through UMS. For eg, If the fan stopped working just lodge the complaint and it will be resolved as soon as possible. 5. Apart from mess facilities, every hostel has a departmental store as well as a canteen so that all the student's needs are fulfilled. Thanks.

Hostel facilities are good enough to give you a comfortable stay there. Rooms are available as 1 seater, 2,3 and 4 seater. Every room have beds, cooler, geyser, attached bathrooms. LPU hostels are equipped with Lifts and got 24*7 power supply, Wi-Fi access, and mess facility, WH Smith, study room, and an open-air GYM. They have got almost all types of food in hostels like south Indian, northern, Rajasthan, ain't, and whatnot. The security feature of lpu is very good. All the hostels have Biometric turnstiles gates so that no outsider can enter inside it. 24*7 surveillance is available and Guard ensures proper security inside the hostel.
