Wht is d basic difference b/w bachlers degree or diploma?how are job prospects divided for both.whu get paid better and why? i am so confuse

If i opt for diploma rather than bsc for nursing than in what respect i would be lacking behind from b.sc nursing in terms of studies and job options, and working in foreign countries with diploma? I am so confused please help.
